Firstly, we ordered to dine in and after about 20 minutes, we checked the pick up order shelf and there was our order. It clearly said dine in on the receipt. Furthermore, we didn't order a chicken salad sandwich. We ordered a salad. This was an "oh well" situation and it would've been fine, but it wasnt because they put a pittance of chicken salad on the sandwich. Why?
My husband and I tend to go on weekday evenings and we have really enjoyed this place so much! They are clean and very sweet. They also make the sandwiches really well. They do ask you to fill out the survey but the free cookie after a meal never hurts! We have ordered their Mac and cheese and this Potbelly does an awesome job serving really hot Mac and cheese. We love getting the grilled chicken and cheddar. Great place on weekdays!
Half of the greens in my salad were spoiled. Absolutely gross.
Starting to get very skimpy on meats
This store has terrible customer service and it’s dirty. I’ve tried to eat here twice and each time I’m never greeted and the employees have a terrible attitude. Take a look at the other reviews. I’m not the only one who’s got a problem with this specific location.
