Starting to get very skimpy on meats
This store has terrible customer service and it’s dirty. I’ve tried to eat here twice and each time I’m never greeted and the employees have a terrible attitude. Take a look at the other reviews. I’m not the only one who’s got a problem with this specific location.
This place always messes up the orders and they take way too long to make a simple order. Ordered a BLTA with mayo. The vegetables were not fresh, tomatoes with visible stems and green cores that should be cut out. Very undercooked, slimy, chewy bacon. I took it off the sandwich and had to cook it longer in our microwave at home. Asked for mayo but there was none. Some of the slices of avocado still had the skin on them. What happened to this company?
This is the most mismanaged Potbelly. 4 people working and I was the only customer, but there was no one at the counter to take my order. I had to walk around and ask to place an order. Once my order was placed it took 15 minutes for them to prepare one sandwich! They all stood there talking while my sandwich laid there untouched.
