Firstly, we ordered to dine in, and after about 20 minutes, we checked the pick up order shelf and there was our order. It clearly said dine in on the receipt. Furthermore, we didn't order a chicken salad sandwich. We ordered a salad. This was an "oh well" situation and it would've been fine, but it wasn't because they put a pittance of chicken salad on the sandwich. Why?
Good location and service was ok as well. We enjoyed our lunch here but the sandwich was sloppy making it not as enjoyable as the other locations visited.
The setup of this potbelly and customer service is awful. I came in Memorial Day (not that busy), had to order my sandwich at the register and pay beforehand and waited longer than I ever had at any other potbelly. Instead of making sandwiches two of the other workers were talking and fighting over whose turn it was to clean the tractor tea machines and beverage area instead of actually doing the work. The chicken wrap was terrible. It was not fresh, it was nasty. I would not go there again.
