The setup of this potbelly and customer service is awful. I came in Memorial Day (not that busy), had to order my sandwich at the register and pay beforehand and waited longer than I ever had at any other potbelly. Instead of making sandwiches two of the other workers were talking and fighting over whose turn it was to clean the tractor tea machines and beverage area instead of actually doing the work.
