Horrible experience. The owner is so rude to her staff. they are definitely understaffed and the owner doesn’t seem to know how to do anything at her own business. Over rated plus the tyler location is cheaper! also overheard some employees talking about rats and roaches
I feel for the staff, it's understaffed for sure. However, orders were mixed up often and the pace of making the fries were rather slow. I paid about 11 dollars for the Giga fries to get a paltry amount, not to mention the fact I was waiting near 30 minutes for fries. It'd be fine if it were wholly seasoned and I got an ample amount, but to be kept waiting for half an hour and be skimped on fries is almost insulting. At least the employee was kind enough to give me extra seasoning on request.
