There are many things left undone and the company has not gotten back to me. The foundation is so low in comparison to the property that there is flooding anytime there is water, the ground wasn’t leveled properly. The ground was not compacted properly. The house is beautiful however it has been a full time job correcting mistakes and trying to protect the property from unnecessary damage. Mistakes were made with virtually every stage of construction. Even the size of the home was incorrect. Workers showed little to no respect for the property and left food trash, attracting flies. Final inspection is finally approved. From day 0, a lot of things needed to be taken care of . Nevertheless, Kevin, Sarina, David, and their associates from Potato makes the journey easy. Project manager Kevin has done a fantastic job in supervising the whole construction work. He is always responsive, returning my text messages or phone calls in no time, and solving the issues quickly and in a professional way.
