There are many things left undone and the company has not gotten back to me. The foundation is so low in comparison to the property that there is flooding anytime there is water, the ground wasn’t leveled properly. The ground was not compacted properly. There are foundation holes where wires stick out underneath and is missing globs of cement. The house is beautiful however it has been a full time job correcting mistakes and trying to protect the property from unnecessary damage. Mistakes were made with virtually every stage of construction. Even the size of the home was incorrect. Workers showed little to no respect for the property and left food trash, attracting flies. Unnecessarily cut down my dad’s lemon trees 10 times, each time it would grow back they would cut it again without permission.
