Finally, my ADU construction was completed. Although there were some unpleasant issues with the plumbing and electrical subcontractors during construction, Victor, the project manager, resolved all of them. He was nice, patient, and responsible. Overall, this company did a good job. Recommended!

There are many things left undone and the company has not gotten back to me. The foundation is so low in comparison to the property that there is flooding anytime there is water, the ground wasn’t leveled properly. The ground was not compacted properly. There are foundation holes where wires stick out underneath and is missing globs of cement.
