Mark Eusanio (body shop manager) is a stand up guy. The only reason why I can't give a 5 start rating on everything is bc well, things don't always go as planned. That said, Mark has gone above and beyond with communication and making things right. Away from missing a pin strip (that will be completed in the near future) my truck looks like new. Thanks again for your solid work and professionalism.

I walked into Potamkin Cadillac expecting to drive away in a 2018 ATS and what happened after that was just pure magic. Maggie Walker, sales PROFESSIONAL, rolled up her sleeves, advocated for me and was able to upgrade me and put me in a beautiful CT6 for the same price I would of paid for the ATS. The whole team was great and made things happen for me and my family. I feel like I won the Lotto - What an Awesome Experience!
We bought a car there and were compltely ripped off. They charged our credit card an additional 1500 deposit and then refused to return it. They fabricated a contract which we didn't sign and said we authorized it for a "warrany" we never wanted. We called the owner of the business and he told us that we were lying and go find someone else to harrass. We are in our 70's and can't afford this type of rip off to be allowed.
