Steven was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were looking for pencil pines all over the place and no one had them in stock.. there was one other place but they only sell to businesses.. at pot plant heaven, we found them! Sooooo happy! They also have all sorts of plants, recommend you check them out 😍

I placed an online order on 4/08 for $800 worth of plants and later requested to add a few more on 10/08. Despite multiple emails, texts, and calls over the following weeks, I received no response. When I finally spoke with Steven, he explained he had been in hospital and that some of the larger trees were out of stock, and he apologized. Heaps of lovely plants for sale. Owner is super lovely and easy to communicate with. We were able to easily coordinate an order and pickup; made the experience a breeze!

What an absolute find!! When the big nurseries dont have what you want, pay Steven a visit at Pot Plant Heaven. Great selection and a great bloke who gives you personal assistance. Highly recommended!!

AVOID!!! Please do not purchase anything from this man. We paid almost $3k for plants that we were promised were in stock. As soon as payment was issued, communication ceased. No replies to calls or emails. Finally received confirmation that plants would be delivered on two separate dates (?) - no show. Asked for a refund only to be sent photos of plants?
