Easy-to-use website, lots of beautiful plants to choose from, and very healthy plants! Loved the succulent freebies—such a thoughtful touch. The owner is very friendly too. Will definitely purchase again 💚.
Really poor customer service. Went to purchase a large quantity of plants (hedges specifically) with my dad who is very polite and kind and was met with hostile behaviour. The plants have no prices marked and when asked they provide an estimate leaving room for negotiation. The lady was calm but impatient initially and the male was drunk at 10am on a Sunday and made me and my dad very uncomfortable. Steven was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were looking for pencil pines all over the place and no one had them in stock.. there was one other place but they only sell to businesses.. at pot plant heaven, we found them! Sooooo happy! They also have all sorts of plants, recommend you check them out 😍
I placed an online order on 4/08 for $800 worth of plants and later requested to add a few more on 10/08. Despite multiple emails, texts, and calls over the following weeks, I received no response. When I finally spoke with Steven, he explained he had been in hospital and that some of the larger trees were out of stock, and he apologized. What a hidden gem. I was after lilly pilly orange twist and after trying over a dozen places a nursery in maddington told me to try pot plant heaven in kelmscott. I got 6 plants to alternate with the cherry bomb version hubby bought . Looking forward to our new hedge. Top quality plants and very friendly and helpful.
