Been using their service a few months now for my business in Houston and let me tell you our experience has been horrible!!!!!!! We are paying for service twice a week but always get skipped for no apparent reasons, but still get billed twice. Have contacted customer service multiple times, they are rude and never are able to help. Managers NEVER call you back and service technicians NEVER follow instructions. Needless to say im fed up and will be cancelling my service. DO NOT use this company, they over bill yet never give ... read more
Showed up when they said they would. Picked up on time. Unit was clean and presentable for our needs. I would use their services again. Thanks POG!
This has been the worst service I've ever received in my 32Yr. career! 2 days late on delivery and I received a service schedule but NEVER received the actual SERVICE! Never ever will I ever use these folks ever again! As a matter of fact, after 8days, I'm still waiting to hear from a manager but I will not hold my breath on that.
