We will never use this company again they did not do the weekly cleaning the Porta pot was disgusting. They gave me excuses the truck broke down they fired a driver they were doing construction on the road we are the only ones doing any type of work down this road and it in no way affects them being able to clean the Porta pot. Then sent me a prorated bill and charged my credit card when I spoke with somebody and they were not supposed to Bill me. And do you think they're going to put the money back oh no!

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. After complaining several times for missed services they finally agreed they don’t service their toilets. I would definitely choose another company.

Worst company I have ever deal with in Florida during last 15 years. Did not provided service for 7 weeks, I had to call them so they come and provide the service for which they do not skip a bit to charge you for. I called, ask for a refund for the missed services to no avail. I made the mistake of keeping the service, and again they miss 3 week of services and then when I call to report it and to cancel the service they claimed they never had any complain from me or a request for a refund. Ordered a roll off dumpster recently delivered quick and picked up quick. Great communication and did exactly what they said. Just called and ordered a second one same experience.
