Made a phone call midday Thursday afternoon to schedule a portable toilet for Friday delivery. I notified them that I would be doing it online. When I go online at 830pm (after work) the site has no portable toilet option online, so I call at 810am, and order. They call 2 minutes later after a 10 minute call and processing, and say it's an extra 125.00 for today delivery AFTER I specifically said I'd do it over the phone yesterday if need be. Will not be calling of using them again

I am using this company currently for our portable restroom service during maintenance and storm repairs. They have not serviced their units. We have many calls in. They were supposed to service both units and pick one up on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. (Yesterday) No show, again. Do not use this company. Your business or event will be criticized when this company does not show up to service their units. That is happening to us currently.

Received a port o potty from them to accommodate a restroom renovation. Our company ordered another handicap port o potty to replace the one they had delivered. Upon the delivery of the handicap stall, the driver was supposed to pick up the original one that had been ordered. The driver then informed us that the scheduled weekly service was not properly maintained. I don't know. I walk by there on my 2.5 mile walk of the day. I appreciate that this summer it didn't smell as bad as in the past.
