The Posy Palace has consistently dished out excellent service over the past 24 years. They have gone above and beyond to provide creative fresh arrangements for family funerals, holidays, and just recently, some memorial flowers for my family. Whenever I order flowers, I try to not go by a picture, just give them a general idea and ask them to use whatever is fresh. I ordered a funny but beautiful bouquet online. The bouquet in question was called Dr. Chicken because it had a mug with a chicken in it and a big chicken balloon. The mug had the wording "Get well" which was perfect because the bouquet was for my sister-in-law, who was having surgery. My sister-in-law e-mailed me the picture of the bouquet that she received and the color scheme of the bouquet was wrong, the mug was not the chicken mug and the balloon was missing. I had placed an order by phone for a beautiful $100 bouquet to be delivered. The woman who took the order obviously knew I was from out of state and likely wouldn't see the bouquet. I placed the order for a relative who was receiving care in the area. The woman who took my order assured me that this would be a spectacular bouquet and mentioned using rainbow roses.
