You really deserve a 0 rating, but cant go lower than 1. Because of your clinic, my aunt lost her furry companion on 1/9. She had called on 1/8 to make an appointment with you because her dog was ill. You refused to see him and her because they hadn't been there in 3 years. After all the good things I've heard about your clinic and then for you to do this. Devasting. My heart goes out to my aunt and to ANYONE who would bring their pets to you.
