Postpartum wellness is a great clinic. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. Support staff were prompt and helpful and my therapist was professional, supportive, flexible, and invested in my success. I would recommend them to anyone!
I saw Sarah for over a year and a half post partum and I can't thank her enough for how much she helped me by giving me the tools to help myself. I suffered from severe anxiety and I didn't think I could have ever gotten better without her support! She helped me challenge my thoughts, develop practical ways to manage the intensity of my feelings, and stop my thoughts from spiraling. These are skills I use across several aspects of my life and I can't thank her enough for teaching me them!
Great practice! My therapist has been so helpful. In addition to the actual therapy we’re working on together, my provider is flexible with scheduling, and provides resources or additional reading. The practice as a whole has a comprehensive on-boarding process, and is responsive to email inquiries.
I cannot express enough how much I love this practice! My therapist is amazing and I wish everyone could have someone like her in their corner for help and support. I’m so happy I took the leap to call them!
