Trish is everything you could possibly want in post-partum support, including everything you didn’t even know you would need. She is an absolutely fabulous cook, and an experienced mother full of wisdom, humour and great tips and tricks. I found Trish to be extremely understanding and empathetic to what my daughter was going through. Her availabilitywas always flexible and adjusted to the needs of mother, baby, and the whole family. She was always willing to jump right in and do what was needed - providing a delicious meal, comfort a new mom who was, at times, in great distress. I was lucky enough to win the entire menu of meals offered by Trish from Postpartum Plated. When she delivered everything to me, I could not believe how much food was included. There is a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner items, such as granola, sweet morning congee (which I LOVED, it tasted like dessert), and soups and stews, snacks like energy bites were also part of the plan, and though I've tried, I cannot recreate it to taste as good as Trish's. I wasn’t able to be with my best friend when she gave birth - which had been our plan since we were 10 years old. I am so thrilled to have found Postpartum Plated to help ease the transition at home for her family and their beautiful new addition. Trish was amazing. Every day she was with me, she adapted her care, giving me the exact support, I needed. I felt like I could finally rest and relax because she always seemed to know what my baby needed and could soothe him back to sleep. She was friendly, calm and very grounded. The house was so peaceful when she was with us.
