I received treatment from Rosa for several weeks post surgery to aid in reducing scar tissue. The treatment I received worked and I learned that the timeliness post surgery to reduce hard tissue is imperative. Rosa did the necessary work to ensure I was successful. I had a grade 2 mcl tear in my left knee. Shelby’s lymphatic work was integral in my rehabilitation. The decrease in the swelling from her treatment was significant from the very first session. This allowed me to access an increased range of motion in the joint which in turn sped up my rehab. I highly recommend Post Op Therapy for anyone who needs effective lymphatic drainage.
