I had a grade 2 mcl tear in my left knee. Shelby’s lymphatic work was integral in my rehabilitation. The decrease in the swelling from her treatment was significant from the very first session. This allowed me to access an increased range of motion in the joint which in turn sped up my rehab. I highly recommend Post Op Therapy for anyone who needs effective lymphatic drainage.
I HIGHLY recommend Post-op Therapy! Shelby and Rosa truly care about you and your post-surgery journey. Shelby kept in contact with me prior to my surgery giving me so much helpful advice. Rosa was with me the day of my surgery and then she did all of my post-surgery lymphatic massages and scar therapy. I think my easy healing and end results are far better because of the scar therapy I received. If I ever have another major surgery, I will definitely come back to them.
Do yourself a favor and book here, you'll be so glad you did! I was referred by my surgeon to the amazing staff--Rosa and Shelby--at Post Op Therapy. Having not heard much about lymphatic drainage and scar tissue therapy prior to my surgery, I wasn't quite sure what to expect nor did I know if it was something I wanted to do.
