Ms. Chavez was very unprofessional and kept raising her voice to the employee working on the closing shift, repeatedly stating and complaining about not having a customer's credit card on file and eagerly saying she needed to leave at 5pm due to personal matters (When it was only 4:15pm.when I arrived. All this caused a very unprofessional attendance to the customers me included.
