Ms. Chavez was very unprofessional and kept raising her voice to the employee working on the closing shift, repeatedly stating and complaining about not having a customer's credit card on file and eagerly saying she needed to leave at 5pm due to personal matters (When it was only 4:15pm.when I arrived. All this caused a very unprofessional attendance to the customers me included. Ms. Chavez was very rude and sarcastic to me by not being able to remove my USB immediately from the computer were my file was being printed. I wil... read more
Would not go back. Had 3 employees and all were too busy to help the customer. No greetings when you walk in and seemed to be an issue to stop what they were doing to help me.
