When the franchisee is rude and unprofessional, you call corporate. Then you find out that they are just as bad. No one wants to take responsibility for anything whatsoever. The person in charge of complains -- Rick -- acts like he is doing you a favor by taking your call. When and if they call back, don't expect a last name or extension by which to reach them. Called corporate and they are the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you are a business owner beware and stay away from this company. They seem to forget it’s the customers and business owners who keep them in business. I will be reaching out to the head of customer relations, because even though the man I just spoke with refused to give me their supervisors name, I will find out who it is and file a formal complaint.
