I would like to commend an employee named Jon Busch who works at the Post Net near Fred Meyer. We had a very heavy package that needed to be packaged and mailed. The item we were mailing was not a conventional size and we could not find a box that would work. We thought we were out of luck but Jon said he thought he could make a box and get the item sent out. RecommendedI study leadership and was unbelievably blown away by the manager at the Mead location. She was simultaneously training, helping another employee and trying to get my fax to go through. I had a bunch of different things I needed printed for an event, and PostNet got them all printed beautifully and super quickly. One of the things I needed was a movie poster because the director was coming from LA for the event, and she was so happy with the result of the poster print. She said it was the clearest and most detailed printed image of her poster that she had ever seen. She asked for PostNet's contact info in case she needs to print more! Thanks, PostNet!
I recently used Post Net for a large, complex printing job. When I went back to the office because some of the copies weren’t done the way I needed, the manager quickly made everything right - without question or excuse. That I expected. What really impressed me was that she asked if she could use one of the inaccurate pages as a training tool for her staff to help them learn from this issue. Her commitment to improvement impressed me and I will use them again.i recommend them without hesitation.
They are great! Fast, friendly and helpful above and beyond. I have taken items in that I want sent, they find the best container and shipping, AND print the label. I have emailed files I want printed, if my instructions are not clear, I get an email or call for clarification. Then, I get notified it is done. I love PostNet for both business and personal shipping and printing needs. Thanks guys!!!!

Pooooor customer service at the post net in the Fred myer parking lot today by an older gal with blonde hair. She stood right next to the door on the inside watching me struggle with my packages and didn’t open the door for me. I set the packages on the counter and said I just need to send these off and she said (very rudely) FYI you need to tape this corner down more. I was that 'rude' employee who thought she was doing you a favor by 1. Letting you know your labels were likely to get torn off because the edges weren't taped down well and 2. taped them on for you so you could leave faster because you were parked in a handicap zone. Different perspective.
