The owner was abusive to her staff and very unprofessional. She also used the CDC as an excuse to close 5 months earlier than she intended, stating they were forcing her to do so. This business is actually considered an essential business and her out-and-out lies are going to be on her head. She didn't even give her staff enough time to find other jobs. What I can say is that I'm glad the staff are free of her abuse, and I wish all of them well. They could have easily run this place where the owner failed miserably.

This store is soon closing, and not on a good neighborly note. I have used this Post Net for many years as it’s near my house. The new owner, Connie, should never have embarked on this business venture. She mistreated her staff in front of customers. It was not only embarrassing, but sad. Sad that a once happy, convenient shipping place in midtown Tucson turned into a creepy nightmare. I drive across town to go to this PostNet because of the excellent service I always get. Connie and her team are ever cheerful, and every trip they find a way to save me money, time, or both! And it's done with a smile. I'm going to keep on heading over there for my shipping needs!
