I'm very surprised to read any positive feedback below. I have had a couple experiences coming to your store with no help. Today topped it off for me. I brought in a computer that I needed to send for Fed Ex. I had the prepaid label ready to go. This gentleman proceeds to give me lengthy instruction as to how to remove the label that was there, then to attach new label etc....
