I had the best experience at this location last week! Both employees were so helpful and nice after I drove to 3 different places to find an inkjet printer for my Cricut sticker paper. They were willing to give it a try for me, and thankfully it worked perfectly.

Had two large heavy boxes to ship and brought one in and went back to my vehicle for the other. As I returned the lady behind the counter struggled to lift the first box and bashed it against the corner of their counter putting a big hole. Given there was another male employee and I was coming back in I told her she should have asked for help. They don’t have a scale so she didn’t even need to lift it to the counter! @willsmith, I was a customer in the store when you "stood in disbelief", which is code for screaming and yelling at the poor girl who was trying to help you. You went zero to a hundred in less than one second, acting like a total idiot. Next time you post negative reviews about a company because you thought the price was too high make sure you consider the way you treat people who are there trying to help you. Even the delivery guy who was pulling up walked in and said, "what is wrong with him?".
