We've used their services for years and the manager Steve is great However, their back offices are quite unorganized. I constantly get charged after having already paid and they take days to reply yet still don't resolve issues.

After years of patronage and positive experiences, many changes have ensued many issues. Repeatedly the portal will be disabled even after payment is made. They now have a new system that charges for "potential" fees when storage expires and thus far it has charged us biweekly in excess of $60 and still not applied the funds to the account. The store manager is unable to resolve these types of issues and the corporate office is slow right respond and in our experience doesn't resolve any such issues. It's enough to seek a ne... read more
