FedEx screwed up my shipment and Mike took care of it before we even got involved with a FedEx refund. A real stand up guy.
I always get personal service. This is still very important to me especially in this age of no service to no human connection. Mailing was made easier - I just handed the object to be mailed and the owner suggested the best method to mail. He will print anything n everything. I didn't have to fiddle with the copier to make mistakes and pay for waste. A simple way that makes life a little better.
I used PostNet Wheeling to create "We've Moved" cards. A creative design team, along with excellent customer service made this project a huge success. Thank you!
