Steer clear of this place! Charging $13 for a $9.40 book of stamps... And then they have the nerve to tell me it's ILLEGAL to give a refund on any unused stamps that I bought at a 40% markup! When I asked to speak to the manager, the girl who was sitting in the chair behind the counter (and was doing the same, chatting away and ignoring customers in the line when I was in yesterday) gave a very snippy "I AM the manager".
