Bad attitude and didn't like the way they make u feel unwanted need better management with younger employees
I was not impressed when I called a couple weeks ago. They put me on “hold” which they just set the phone down on the counter. I understand if they’re busy for a couple minutes. However, they were clearly not. They had personal conversations among themselves while I waited on “hold” and could hear them. I sat on hold for almost 15 minutes listening to them talking about smoke breaks.. I hung up and called back, but they never put the phone back on the line so it wouldn’t ring through.
They tell you one price and you agree, then when you pay it's $3 more then you agreed. Really??
