My business was with Farrel parkway Postnet for years and I had a mailbox there. One day without notice the franchise owner did a real lowlife midnight move and closed the place down. I lost all kinds of business and spent weeks re-establishing my mail location for vendors and clients. A two week notice would have been nice. These guys were heartless bastards. After all the hell they put me through they had the audacity to try and get me back with the new franchise owner. I felt bad for him because he probably got taken too.... read more
This is so much better than going to The Post Office. They are also professional and so nice. They always help their customers.
The owner faxed my medical records to my employer instead of my physician office. I used my work fax cover sheet and HARD wrote my Dr office fax number and he STILL got it wrong and had an attitude when I brought it to his attention. I will NOT be patronizing this establishment anymore.
Post net does not meet needs that I ask of them and I hear the owner trains people for a week without pay, which is very illegal !!! Then the following week he doesn't give them the job he has been portraying they would get. That's Selfish and absurd to use people like that. That's why I am never wanting to use his services again. And think about this would you want someone to take advantage of you!!!!
