Not a dependable business and has inaccurate closing hours
The customer service has been on the decline this past year. I’ve always had a good interaction with the owner and the dapper guy with glasses, but everyone they have hired since has been rude. I just went today July 11th at 5:07 to drop off two boxes and the guy locked the door and rudely said they are closed with his face scrunched up as if I’m wrong when they have always closed at 5:30-5:45 (even Google says it).
They don't offer First-Class or Ground Advantage shipping. Instead, they charge over $30 for a small Priority Mail envelope, which costs around $8 at the Post Office!
