I’ve been using this PostNet location for notary services for years because it’s convenient on my way to work, and until recently, the fee was always $5 regardless of the number of signatures. I use several virtual mailboxes in different states, and I had to close this one because of constant overcharging. Fees are tripled for no clear reason it feels like being ripped off on every transaction. **Update after the owner’s reply: That response is not accurate. I use the same company for all of my virtual mailboxes. If the owner wants the negative reviews to stop, honesty and transparency would be a good place to start.
