Have used this place many times with no problem. Went to drop off a FedEx package wth an expensive item inside and asked for a return receipt. The man refused and said "if you don't trust us go somewhere else!" This was incredibly rude. It's not that we don't trust him, it's If FedEx loses the package then we have proof we dropped it off!

Took a Fedex return package but when I showed QR code person said they could not accept and I will have to take it to a fedex office. He did not tell me that if I printed the label and stuck it on the box they could ship it.

The owner is very nice and helpful. Even if you have a prepaid return - they will accept it and I've never had any issues with the package not being picked up. I've shipped both USPS and UPS returns with no issues. They also have a print center if you need.
