Great customer service! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to my concerns about my shipment. I highly recommend this location for its professionalism.
Horrible customer service. They had a trainee working the front desk and she didn’t know anything. Please train and educate your employees before setting em free.
Compare shipping rates at home before, not after shipping at this location, to avoid any pricing remorse. Otherwise, the service was excellent and I will use this business again in certain scenarios.
