I went to PostNet to order my wedding invitations. I was met with an expert who guided me to a great design! I placed my order, and they were ready in the time promised. Not only were they beautiful, but reasonably priced. I highly recommend PostNet!
Post net is full of amazing employees. I’ve always had excellent service and great products from them but today was over the top. I needed to send out a package and i asked if they had any water for sale. They didn’t but went and grabbed me an ice cold water and gave it to me for free. I offered to pay but they insisted. I had been all over the place and thirsty for hours, so it was much appreciated.
Excellent management; very helpful. Had a problem with UPS and they helped resolve it. Thank you.
I had a large Amazon box return. I walk in and there’s two younger boys and one male adult. I asked if he could print my return label and he said no, sorry. No help of any kind offered. I went home, dug out my printer and printed. Maybe that’s not his job but good customer service speaks volumes.
I use this location all the time. They do a great job of answering all my questions and assisting me with my shipping needs. They’re awesome with Amazon returns!! UPDATE 12/2023 PostNet has changed hands, I believe. Sadly, my 5-star rating is 3. It’s basically like using USPS except USPS is faster.
