Verbally Abusive Owner I was in this store early this morning to receive help tracking a package they seem to have lost. The only employee working (who later informed me he was owner) was not the least bit interested in helping me track the package. Biased Owner I own a mailbox at this location and have utilized other services as well a making purchases. Everytime I have to encounter the owner, his attitude has been anything but professional or congenial. Just this past Saturday, when I went in there was a girl in front of me that he greeted with a "hi, how are you" then when I approached the counter, he looked up, down, then all around before he would look at me and then he stated, "what can I do for you." Get's some customer service skillls I have been here several times because it's just around the croner from our house. I have spend money on faxing and I have also gone into drop off a package. Today I shipped something that is expensive with fed ex and I wanted to make sure I did it right and the guy that works there tells me I can't tell you were just a drop off pick up for fed ex and UPS.
