If I can give Robert Griss a 0 I would!!! This guy was RUDE!!! I do NOT recommend to come and get Fingerprints done with this RUDE GUY!!! I took matters in to my own hands and called headquarters and his supervisor!!! This Guy should get FIRED!!!!
Go to the place down the street for returns if you can. Won’t take a return that requires a little tape for less than $5 unless you have cash. Won’t be back ever again.
The staff has always been friendly and very quick to react to my needs. I live offshore, the logistics support I receive from Rob and his people is always top-notch. I highly recommend them for all logistics needs.

I found a lady working there to be quite rude and because I did not want to send my document to print via email she charged me $3.50 to use a computer to print the documents, I used the computer for 2 minutes. That sounds like an unreasonable practice to me.
