I'm ashamed that I was treated so poorly and got ROBBED by the woman behind the desk. I dropped by and asked to mail a book that was in a 5x8 1" thick envelope for the cheapest price possible. She waited on another man while I filled out a paper she gave me. I told her I'm very nearly blind and trusted what she gave me. Ahh.
