I was so lucky to find this store. My mother had passed away and I live in a different state and had a lot of shipping and other estate duties to do. Every one helped me with compassion and understanding. I shipped a large assortment of China and all came wrapped and delivered perfectly, not a chip or crack. We will never use this place again. Have been customers for over 7 years. I guess owner was having a bad day and did not want to mail off a package a certain way that they have been doing for us for years. Had the nerve to ask my wife, "where is your son? He's not in jail yet"???!!! He's 11!!! My wife simply just walked out. I would not take kindly to that smart ass owner asking if my 11 year old son was in jail yet. Lucky it was not me!
