I shipped a flat rate box that USPS would have charged just under $17 to ship. PostNet charged just under $30. It's a flat rate box you would think it was a flat rate. I got home about an hour later and googled the USPS rate and called Postnet asking if that was their upcharge (it was). I asked that a refund be issued , the shipping canceled and I would return to pick up the box. They said no. I won't be using their services anymore. First and last time.
