No contact when monument came in, placed monument 3 weeks late and again No contact. Placed WRONG monument on grave site!! Again no contact and had to be told to replace with the Right monument!!!

Yes we made a mistake and placed the wrong monument on your foundation. We had 2 monuments going in the same general area of the cemetery there wasn't anything on or at the foundation indicating that we had the wrong foundation when monument was placed. We were made aware of the mistake on Monday morning June 1. We immediately contacted Croton Township to start the process of getting this corrected.
