We have been dealing with Postma for just over a year. It started with our AC needing a charge and recently had our AC motor replaced. This week we had our tankless hot water heater replaced very quickly after a very scary carbon monoxide event. Postma has been excellent to deal with from Allison in the office to Scott M. that fixed our AC, to Andrew M. that first did our AC charge last year and identified the CO leak on the hot water heater this year. I cannot say enough good things about Ali H. So pleasant, answered a few questions I had, explained everything she was doing, checked with shop about AC cover for me...have to get more in. A pleasure to have a technician that was so helpful and I never felt I was asking a stupid question. Very good employee and so knowledgeable.
