I love the San Antonio location at The Rim. So I was excited to see we got Postino here in my home town. Service is not the same here though. The atmosphere is cramp and small. Bartender not attentive so I left without ordering anything. Again Postino is generally an awesome place and good time. I think this location has it work cut out for them though.
We went to Postino after seeing great reviews and tasty-looking photos. We ordered the Bruschetta Board because the flavor options sounded amazing, but it was pretty disappointing. The bread was dry, and there wasn’t enough spread on top, so there wasn’t much flavor at all.
We usually love postino. I’ll be honest that service is never amazing - but we are usually generally happy. Tonight it took over 10 minutes to be greeted. We ordered the new dirty dip and the chips were extremely stale! We told the server and sent them back. When they brought our tab, the dip was still on it. Frustrating.
