Took time out of their very busy schedule to diagnose our hot water fault and then instructed how to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend.
I had a disappointing experience at Posties Outdoors Inverell. When I asked for a discount, I was told the price was non-negotiable, even though I saw the same product online at 20% cheaper on the shop's own computer. Customer support was poor, and the staff showed no flexibility or willingness to help. It felt like they didn’t care about retaining customers. Definitely not a place I'd return to for future purchases.
