If i could give no stars i would, made arrangement with these guys to come and measure my awning to make sure the correct size was ordered for them to install, 3 times, and 3 times they did not turn up. I do not recommend this company.
Great efficient service, we had a problem with our hot water and they managed to fit us in and fix the problem in minimum time. Would highly recommend if you have any caravan issues and your travelling through Inverell. Many thanks.

I had a disappointing experience at Posties Outdoors Inverell. When I asked for a discount, I was told the price was non-negotiable, even though I saw the same product online at 20% cheaper on the shop's own computer. Customer support was poor, and the staff showed no flexibility or willingness to help. It felt like they didn’t care about retaining customers. Definitely not a place I'd return to for future purchases.
