2 jobs that I was not happy with, both times the owners showed no willingness to work with me. One was a funeral program that was so faded, dull, and colors unsaturated, that I was embarrassed to use it. Had to pay another printer to reprint the same file with a much better result. The other job was a $30 order for postcards and the QR code was so small that my iPhone couldn't focus on it. They said it worked on their phone, so I was out of luck.
