My husband was seen by Dr. Evan Mulloy in Houston Tx throughout our IVF process. Knowing very little at the start about the process we never questioned the guidance. Knowing what I know now it blows my mind that despite multiple semen analysis showing poor mobility/motality and on several low count that they never urged for DNA Fragmentation analysis.
