Frustrating Experience with Billing and Communication I had high hopes when I decided to work with Prosperity Fertility, but unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly frustrating due to their poor handling of billing and communication. Dr. Pollard and the Posterity Health team have been so kind, helpful and compassionate! I’m so glad we were referred to him as he’s already given us hope and answers we’ve been seeking a long time.
This place is trying to charge me 75 dollars for scheduling an appointment that I never confirmed. We are trying so hard to get a baby and save money and these thieves are trying to charge me for something that their automated system makes them charge for. Not one time did I say okay, this appointment works for me. So wrong.
Dr. Pollard is an excellent urologist. He diagnosed me accurately within minutes and we scheduled a surgery to take place. The microscopic surgery was over quickly, within 45 minutes. It was also painless, even during recovery (other than mild discomfort) -- and I was back on my feet in two weeks. Undergoing this surgery has had a very positive impact on my quality of life. I'll also note his staff was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
