We needed posts and footings for a new deck going up around our house that was replacing an old deck. A couple of deck designers recommended helical piles because they have so many advantages over traditional concrete piers, one of them being that they can be installed without removing the old cement piers eliminating any digging. The utilization of these screw piles also saves a friendly inspection visit from the building inspector; Postech supplies an engineered report which is submitted to the town/city. It was a pleasure to deal with Postech, communication was great right from the start until we finished the project. They were always prompt with any emails and phone calls i had about any questions. They showed up when they said they were going to and installing the helical piers was turn key with no issue with no mess. Postech is a very professional company that i would recommend to anyone.
