Zero Regrets, we had a new fence put in after the frost moved our fence and the post being in the ground started to rot. Now are fence has lasted many winters and is still very straight, and the cedar is out of the ground. We also had a sunroom put on and the Post have not moved at all. Great product, no mess, quick and last a lifetime.
