Front desk girl extremely rude jasmine. Nasty.
Not only are the apartments great but so is Jasmine, she has done nothing but helped my husband and I get settled in and made us feel like we’re right at home! Chad is always looking out for us when he’s needed, always a friendly great from his as well! Thank you for helping us find our new home away from home.
This place is nice and quiet. I love that it’s small and maintenance or any issues are fixed immediately. I love the screen patio and no carpet. Stainless steel appliances. Office has been great. My issues is it’s roach infested. Since the day I moved in, December 2024 I saw a roach glue trap and I immediately knew I messed up and shouldn’t have signed a lease. I’ve recently started searching for new apartments in the Winter Park area, and I just want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received. Chad and Jasmine were incredibly helpful — they answered all of my questions and addressed every concern with patience and professionalism. I’ll be finalizing my decision soon, but I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provided throughout the process.
