We couldn't be happier with the work done by PostCard Perfect Lawn Care! John, Ryan, and Alex removed our old sod and weeds and transformed our yard with beautiful new sod. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. It was obvious they genuinely cared about doing the job right and took pride in every detail. Poor communication, unclear expectations, and disappointing customer satisfaction/retention experience, the work completed was nowhere near what was originally discussed.
We are so very happy with the excellent service we received from Postcard Perfect his past winter. With so much snow and unexpected storms the drivers always did an excellent clearing our driveway. The drivers were there early to ensure that we could get out of our driveway to get to work. And when they came back to clear off the end of the driveway after the City plows had been, they would do one more pass on the entire length of the driveway. The service from Postcard Perfect has been excellent.
