Staff was friendly. What I didn’t like was paying 3.00 for a copy of return label. Should have been a quick return. I’ve never paid this anywhere else. He also tried to tell me I needed one for inside the box. I explained I had the original receipt. Careful with hidden fees.
RecommendedI'm not going to give a bad recommendation.However, you need to get your employees able to make simple customer decisions. I've used your location a lot. Today I went in to buy packing tape and a marker (which you didn't have) I needed one piece of tape to close my package, which I was willing to purchase! RecommendedI absolutely love postal annex on south academy! I have been going here since I moved here in 2016. 2 years ago I moved over to fountain and I still drive back up to here. I love how they save all the addresses you have ever sent to in the past. And I love how friendly all the ladies are that work there. I also love how they know my name and greet me when i walk in. i also love how they give me options, like best price or quickest time it will get to its destination. Thank you for being amazing!!! I highly recommend !!
