I have always received courteous, helpful and efficient assistance at this PostalAnnex. I've had a mailbox here twice and both times they've been super convenient. Reasonably priced and such a better alternative than the USPS! I do all my post office business here.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I received at your Postal Annex location in Falcon. During my recent visit, I was assisted by an employee named Ora, who was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. I have never experienced such poor treatment at this or any other Postal Annex. It was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I am disappointed in this business, we arrived at 4:15pm to a closed shop even though the sign on the door said they were open to 5pm. We won’t be coming back here for any future shipping needs.

I've been with PostalAnnex for 6 years. I love it there. Low PO BOX costs. They have everything you need to send as well as receive. They provide so many other services as well. Go in and check it out. I love it
