This place has improved since my last review. I can see they are trying. Besides the mailing services and mail boxes, they have a nice store with gift items and mailing supplies as well as some greeting cards.
I have never had a good experience here and yet kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. But today I went after checking their website which list passport photos as a service they offer, I waited for 12 minutes since they are always busy and slow just to be told “we no longer offer passport photos”….. update your website then. A website is a reflection of a business and this one shines strong in that.
They are not open within the hours they advertise. I sat for about twenty minutes waiting. I was not the only customer. I guess they don't need my business.
