Rude ass lady when answering the phone
I needed to mail a letter internationally today and the cheapest option they had was $4.15 for a small envelope. The post office charged $1.83. Am I squabbling over a few $$, no. Im saying they probably apply this more than 50% price hike on any mail service they offer. I’m not going back again even though its close to my house.
Been to this postal annex many times and never open on time Very frustrating!!!
Store was not open on time today - not the best start for a review. Maybe something happened along the way to work.
