I honestly thought there was something wrong with me until I looked up the store.;) I went in the Postal Annex to see if I could print out a FedEx shipping label and drop off a small box. Before I could finish with my questions, I was told I could not print anything. I figured fine, I will go to the UPS Store, print out my label, and drop off my FedEx box to the closet place to me that accepted them, which is the Postal Annex. The first part went great. Kinda rude and “email services aren’t working” couldn’t print anything. Asked if there was any other location near here and said no and wouldn’t give any other place to go to.

I went to this location to avoid the long lines at USPS. When I arrived, there was only one customer in front of me. I quickly understood why there weren’t many customers there. He tried to charge me three times the price I was given via online for shipping via USPS ground advantage. I’d recommend this place if you enjoy bad customer service and the exuberant prices !

Very bad service and very stupid guy he is keeping the phone on his ears and if you ask about anything he'll say not here not here.never again in this store.
