Let's just say, my little defective AC unit had me losing hope not only at home, but at the Dollar General's FedEx shipment stations(in multiple stores). Thanks to PostalAnnex I was finally at a place that confirmed my package wasn't to big to send back for their standards. I absolutely love postal annex. The owner is always so sweet and friendly. She definitely goes above and beyond and very big on customer service. Thank you for being very helpful to my elderly (hard of hearing) daddy and having such patience.

I just want to say a big thank you to the Staff at Postal Annex. My item was damaged in shipment, and definitely not the fault of Postal Annex, and they ensured that I was reimbursed for the cost of damages. They went out of their way to help me prepare my shipment and I was very happy with that. They are courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again!!
