I stope by to get some papers fax and pick up some stamps I really like the staff that was there she was so wonderful in helping me get what I needed she was very friendly and warm and professional she let me know if I needed her help in any way to stope by and she would be happy to help thanks for your service I really appreciate everything you did for me a great place if you need anything to get it done right away you don't have to wait.

I have gone to PostalAnnex a few times to drop off Amazon returns which is a quick in and out. But today I actually needed to ship a big box personally and was clueless. I knew PostalAnnex offered to ship through multiple carriers so I took my chances there. Sarah assisted me, and it was such a fresh of breath air to receive great customer service.
