I wish I would have been told prior to shipping a small envelope (my own) weighing about 2 lbs to Seattle from WW, that their shipping rates start at $14.00!!!!! That is outrageous!!!! I'll go downtown from now on Called the next day to confirm Unbelievable costs edit: Also, she didn't give me any idea of a delivery date for my friend!!!! Terrible customer service. Nelly, the notary was one of the rudest people I’ve come across. My wife and I used her as a notary, when we walked in and asked for a notary, she responded “we will see about that”. She then proceeded to read through our paperwork, she notarized the paperwork. Come to find out, she didn’t log my wife’s ID in her book, Said my wife wasn’t there and that they didn’t witness the signature until they reviewed the camera footage and saw she was.
